It is sometimes easy to get caught up in the mundane of this life. Sometimes, things happen just before something else happens and we cry out for a break. But what about the opposite? We feel lost in what's happening all around us, but we feel like we are not a part of it at all; we are just standing idle, waiting for our calling. There is a plan that is in the works, and our season of waiting is actually preparation for what we are being called to do. It's in the waiting that we learn to serve.
