With over 25 years of mortgage lending experience, Mary Ann Pollock has a considerable amount of knowledge and insight regarding home buying. She is an FHA licensed underwriter, with extensive experience in the processing and closing of real estate loans. Mary Ann is also a licensed notary public for the State of Ohio. Mary Ann holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She is a member of the Columbiana Board of Zoning Appeal and Columbiana Business and Professional Women. Mary Ann supports Living Waters for the World (www.LivingWatersForTheWorld.org). Her interests include learning new things, experiencing new adventures, and serving others through various church and community activities.
