Author Biography
Bennie Kara is Deputy Headteacher. She is a speaker, coach and trainer on topics such as language, literature, leadership, diversity, curriculum, assessment and teaching & learning. She is a Teach First ambassador from the inaugural cohort of Teach First; she has taught in four inner city London boroughs, as well as South Oxfordshire, in roles such as Head of English and Assistant Head (Teaching and Learning). She is a Founding Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and is currently completing an NPQH.
