And I want to share my knowledge and experience with other parents, especially those who are new to the vegan lifestyle. In my book I discuss reasons to raise your child vegan - not only health-related ones, but also psychological and ethical ones. I advise on how to do it at each phase of your kid's life - from being pregnant to raising a teenager. And also how to transition your child to veganism at each of these stages.
