He has published extensively on white-collar and corporate crime in leading journals, including \u003ci\u003eCriminology, Justice Quarterly, Journal of Research in Crime and Delinquency, American Sociological Review, American Journal of Sociology, \u003c\/i\u003eand \u003ci\u003eSocial Problems.\u003c\/i\u003e He is a Fellow of the American Society of Criminology and a former President of its Division of White-Collar and Corporate Crime. In 2017, he was awarded the Division's Gilbert Geis Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the Outstanding Scholarship Award from the Society for the Study of Social Problems Division on Crime and Delinquency for his book, \u003ci\u003eCombating Corporate Crime: Local Prosecutors at Work.\u003c\/i\u003e In 2016, he co-edited \u003ci\u003eThe Oxford Handbook on White-Collar Crime\u003c\/i\u003e with Shanna R.
