This is a story of converting a big city girl into a country gal in the 1940's. I tried to write this with a bit of humor. Getting used to the old house and the country wasn't really as bad as it may sound. It is fondly remembered with laughter. And Yes, I would do it again.
Author Biography
Wuanita Browne was born in 1921 and grew up in New Orleans, La. She married Vernon Talley in 1938 and was blessed with five children. They moved north of Lake Pontchatrain in 1942. Mrs. Talley has been a widow for over 24 years. She is now an author at age 93.
