As she researched this enigmatic organism and refined her recipes, a personal cookbook began to evolve. Other yeast sufferers started calling for her recipes in order to heal themselves. Finally there were so many requests for information and recipes that she self-published the first edition of the Yeast-Free Kitchen in 1993. A second edition followed in 1995 and a third in 2004.
