Tracy Kay was a sales engineer at a major telecommunications company when her life was changed forever with a cancer diagnosis. She went on to not only regain her health but also to become a graduate of Matthew Kenney Academy Online specializing in culinary nutrition. She has been inspired through her experiences to share all that she has learned about getting well and staying well.
