Famous American architect, Frank Lloyd Wright, in his old age, is known to have said these words: "The longer I live, the more beautiful life becomes." But how is that possible? Well, contrary to popular opinion, old age could be real fun - maybe even more than one's youthful years - if the right knowledge and practices are engaged. The wisdom in this book is the quintessential difference between old people who age to become negligible bags of bones; and those who grow old cheerfully, happy and involved in life. In fact, it becomes endearing as we continually follow the requisite techniques that are inherent in this book, one which featly bestows complete health in all areas of our lives, giving us absolute wellness throughout our old age. Aging gracefully is not a myth, rather a certain reality.
