What could have brought about the collapse of the thriving and popular Sika Boutique of Enugu which was owned by James Udo? Was it as a result of the proprietor's illicit relationship with the glamorous and married woman Rose Okoye? But then, what brought about the death of Rose's husband who on discovering his wife's illicit relationship with James, sued him to court and during one of the sessions, collapsed and died there? Could it be true that his antagonist used African science to snuff out his life? This death created much suffering for Rose and her only son Ephraim, who after much humiliation and suffering from the members of their extended family, took it upon himself to revenge for the death of his supposed father by killing the accused person James who incidentally was innocent. He murdered him not knowing that James was his biological father.
