He taught statistics for a few years and gave seminars to clients. He published a dozen journal articles on the research techniques he developed. He worked as president and principal of a large research company for 11 years.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eWhen Dr. Cohen realized that he would rather do research than serve as president, he sold his interest in the company and started a small research company, Louis Cohen Research, which he ran for 20 years, doing the lion's share of the research projects himself, with a few people for logistics.
