Author Biography
DR. BRADFORD SMART has interviewed more than 4,000 candidates forselection or promotion, and has trained more than 3,000 managersand human resource professionals in various interviewingapproaches. His clients include many Fortune 100 companies, theU.S. Government, and a variety of profit and nonprofitorganizations in 47 countries. After completing his doctorate inindustrial psychology at Purdue University in 1970, he enteredconsulting. Since 1972, he has been in private practice inmanagement psychology as President of Smart & Associates, Inc., a firm based in Chicago.
