The Secret to Your Success in High School has been written to provide students just entering high school with an array of strategies designed to help them achieve their goals. Much of the material covered and suggestions made include the type of information that students learn during their years in high school but should have known as they were starting out. The chapters in this book include how to get along with teachers, even when the relationship between the student and teacher is difficult, how to attack the sometimes boring nature of homework assignments, how to study and prepare for tests, and how to succeed through challenges of falling in love and friends who may interfere with success.

Author Biography

John Chapman has spent his career teaching science and working as Science Supervisor. In his capacity as teacher, he found strategies to help students get through the tough times and to make their ability to achieve success more enjoyable. As Supervisor, he worked with other teachers and their relationships with their students. His ideas and strategies to help students manage parents, teachers, and peers are elaborated in his book, The Secret to Your Success in High School.
