Walker has developed and constructed real estate across the United States, with projects spanning hotels, residential, restaurants, mixed-use, and community-focused developments. His writing distills decades of hard-earned experience in dealmaking, leadership, and building things that matter--with the occasional dose of humor to keep it honest and relatable. Walker lives in Louisville, CO with his wife and four children.
