Gun Shots, Riots and Deadly diseases: Kings County Hospital is one of the oldest and largest hospitals in the US. The centerpiece of Crown Heights Brooklyn, the County is where some of the sickest and most broken people are brought for their care after being shot, injured or stricken with the HIV virus. The first of its kind, this memoir is a collection of short stories that took place from the 1980's to the new millennium told throughout the eyes of a young doctor in training at the County. These vignettes are his story of surviving the Killing Fields.

Author Biography

Jason is Chi-Na's husband and the father of two boys, Caden and Asher. He lives in Washington State and practices Neuroradiology in Bellingham. He has also written three children's books, Gerrith the Swordmaster Goblin, Hadassah the Hanukkah Honey Bee, and Mystique the Mermaid and the Lost Island of Atlantis.
