I took classes at Michael's craft store. The first course I took was the discover cake decorating. Also, the second class I took classes was the Wilton Method of Cake Decorating Flowers and Borders. The third course I took was Fondant and Tiered Cakes. The fourth class I took was the Fondant and Gum Paste. It took me four months to complete the courses.
