Author Biography
Annis was lucky to grow up in a family with an awareness of the Human Energy Field and various other esoteric matters. As a New Zealand Registered Nurse with educational, management and advanced nursing practice qualifications, it was her good fortune to have worked in numerous countries of the world, in areas ranging from operating theatres, disaster work both in the field and in the planning phases, to oncology/bone marrow transplant. Since 1997 Annis has had a full time practice in Energy Healing the base course being Healing Touch. This work encompasses the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the Human Energy Field; and is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner & Instructor registered in the U.S.A with Healing Beyond Borders. Annis's practise has human and animal (both domestic and zoo) and a teaching section with speaking publicly to large and small groups; and teaching Healing Touch for Humans (a Structured course Certified in the U.S.A. (which grew out of nursing and is on Health Insurance there); Bio-energetic Healing for Horses and Dogs as well as a Bio-energetic Energy Healing course specifically for Vets and Vet nurses. My absolute delight is teaching people how to view and work with their own animals, increasing their understanding of what the animals have to teach us and seeing a much bigger, more integrated view. Teaching zoo keepers has also been a delight with much laughter.
