Author Biography
Emily Ridge Gallagher was born in Baltimore but has made many moves since then, about 19 at last count. On her journey, she's picked up degrees, and loans, from Emerson College (BFA) and THE Johns Hopkins University (MPP). She has swum across the Hudson River and Polar Bear Plunged in the Chesapeake Bay all in the pursuit of a kinder world. She lives with a slightly neurotic dog and a cat who likes to lick first drafts.
