I could tell you I stepped through a portal into the Underworld at the end of the last book. Why, though? Why, when I can say that you're an amazing person? You look good, too. I can say that to save my daughter, I'll have to undergo a dangerous and painful transformation that will push me to my mental and physical limits. But it's not about me. It's about you. It's about your growth. You've come so far, and you have so much more to see, to do, to accomplish. And I believe in you.

I'm going bold again, because this is the call to action, and I mean it. You and me, we're in this together. We're going to fight back. We're going to become powerful. And we don't need the world to believe in us, because we believe in ourselves. We know our worth, and we know that together, we can vanquish the shadows.
