She wrote those for me on lose paper and I thought I lost the recipes when I moved to California in 2011. However, in 2024 when I moved to Concord, CA I found them in a book and started cooking from the recipes again. My friends loved the food I cooked for them and the idea of this cookbook was born from one of my friends suggesting it. The cookbook has various appetizers, main course dishes and typical Indian desserts. As the book is dedicated to the memory of my mother, I have some family pictures growing up also included in the book.
