How To Use Your Gua Sha

We recommend using with an oil or serum to help the Gua Sha glide and avoid pulling at the skin.

Gently scrap against your skin - focus on tension areas like your jawline and forehead. Use the top part (the three points) of the Gua Sha and sweep in upwards motions.

Use the long, flat side to massage your neck in downwards motions or the top part (the three points) upwards on your throat.
How To Clean Your Gua Sha

After each use, simply rinse with warm water and lay flat to dry on a towel.

Once a week, rinse with warm water and soap of choice (we use a drop of face wash) and lay flat to dry on a towel.

For a deep clean of tool (suggested 1 - 2 x per month), fill bowl with warm water, drop of soap of choice, and a dash of salt and soak Gua Sha for up to 1 hour.
