The enhanced speed at which translational research is developing in this field has led to the production of many biologics technologies and small-molecule inhibitors, but a complete cure for this condition has not yet been accomplished. In light of this, understanding the pathophysiology of these conditions is crucial and would allow us to carefully recognize which patients need to be treated earlier in order to improve patients' quality of life.
