Author Biography

Dianne Hall met her Marine husband, Tony, at Michigan State University and that was the start of their life adventure together. She is the mother of four grown children, and grandmother of eleven delightfully spunky children. She enjoyed being a stay-at-home Mom for fourteen years and then transitioned into working as a full-time elementary school teacher. Mrs. Hall started out in a one-room schoolhouse setting; teaching grades K, 1, 2 in Romeo, Michigan. She taught in a private school in Clinton Township, Michigan, for several years. Teaching phonics and reading to her First and Second Grade split classroom was full of joy. She still remembers all the mothers who worked alongside her as she taught their children to read and write and sing and count. The Halls then moved to Tegucigalpa, the capital city of Honduras, Central America. They lived there for two years. Dianne is passionate about mentoring and discipling women of all ages to be fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. One of her greatest privileges was to travel to Myanmar, formerly the country of Burma, in 2012. Both Tony and Dianne taught at the Mingalarden Undergraduate School of Theology in Yangon, Myanmar. Dianne had the opportunity to teach Psalm 91. The Halls visited the Bible school and three orphanages with their beloved friend, the late Bob Hagerty, founder of Mercy to the Children Myanmar, an on-going ministry to orphans.
