Author Biography

Clay McKinney is a native of Memphis and a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. For the past 11 years, Clay has resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas with his wife and two daughters where he continues work on several upcoming literary projects. Clay is the author of Element, a collection of short stories published in 2008. In 2008, Clay's story Duplicity placed third in the National Writers Association Short Story Contest. In 2010, Clay received two Honorable Mentions from the Oklahoma Writers Federation.
