Pegasus Colony began with the hope for a future.

Settlers from Earth traveled 27-light years to colonize an alien planet only to meet disaster head-on. Of the 2,035 settlers and the crew of three ships, only 752 survived. Three centuries years later, they are a dying people who must undo mistrust and misguided beliefs if they are to survive.

Earth lost contact with the settlers and thought they had died. Project Pegasus was declared a failure and was canceled. Three hundred years later, when it was learned the colony had survived, Earth sent a spaceship to make first contact.

Lieutenant Jessica M. Hewitt was ordered to reunite Earth with its long-lost colony. She ran head-on into High Priest Adumie who wants Earth invaders to leave his planet, so his people can die in peace.

Can Jessica and Adumie work out their differences in time to save the colony? Or, is the colony destined for extinction?
