The author hopes to empower women all over the world to take inventory of their lives and find ways in which to create more harmony and balance within themselves and others, within their societies and all over the world.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eAuthor Biography\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eSadiqua Hamdan is a published writer, entrepreneur and lifelong learner. She earned her master's degree from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee with an emphasis in Leadership and Organizational Change. Sadiqua was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin to Palestinian parents who immigrated to the United States in the early 1970s. She was mainly raised in the US, but lived in the Middle East for three years. At the age of nine, her parents moved the family to their native village, Beitin (West Bank). It was the first time she would meet her grandparents and extended family. After three years, the family moved back to the US due to political turmoil. Since then Sadiqua has made multiple trips to the Middle East. As she got older, Sadiqua recognized a growing disconnect between the US and the Middle East. She wanted to find a way to help bridge the gaps and clear up misconceptions about the two cultures.
