Since 1991, Chris has personally trained over 9,500 individuals and has personally supervised the training of an additional 5,000 individuals, by his staff, to serve as California state notaries. Chris is the author of California State Notary Public: a guide and reference manual and has co-authored 3 other notary training guides. In addition to training notaries, Chris also teaches economics, finance and public policy at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Chris holds a B.A. in economics and political science, a masters in Public Administration in the areas of policy analysis and finance and a masters in economics with a focus on business applications.
