Following on from My Beautiful Bahrain, written by both locals and expats with fascinating personal 'life' stories, tourist-type information and fact based contributions, some wonderful poetry and compelling fiction (set in the Kingdom), More of My Beautiful Bahrain is another varied and unique collection of short stories and poetry about life and living on this tiny little island in the Arabian Sea. Twenty-seven chapters by 24 writers including; English, Irish, American, Canadian, Pakistani, Indian, Palestinian, Kuwaiti, Australian, Nepalese, Yemeni and German, with contributions from Bahraini writers too, this is a must-read for travellers and visitors to the island, as well as for people moving there, living there, doing business there, or just interested in what life is like there.
Author Biography
I have a small publishing company and have been writing and publishing since the year 2000, after stepping away from security operations and training; an industry I was in for almost twenty years previously. I am a genre best-selling author of five non-fiction true crime books, as well as a large number of Kindle books on a range of topics and subjects. I founded and published Tough Talk, an acclaimed online magazine interviewing martial artists, boxers, combat specialists etc and also founded The Circuit magazine for the British Bodyguard Association, and published the International Directory of Security & Close Protection for Varsity Publications. I have written hundreds of articles for magazines and newspapers worldwide, the author of one biography, two self-help guides and two travel anthologies about Bahrain where I lived for four years, and where I was commissioned to produce and publish a quality book for one of the biggest Arab merchant families in the Gulf region. I have loads of fascinating book projects planned.
