She has a bachelor of science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and a master of arts degree in Applied Psychology from New York University. Victor Scott Rodriguez is a native New Yorker, born in Brooklyn, and raised in Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan.
