Author Biography
Joe Roa has been riding and working with horses since he was a child. As an adult Joes commitment to knowledge and pursuit of excellence as a horse trainer has continued to remain a high priority. Over the past 20 years Joe has developed his training techniques into a highly reliable system of progressive techniques that he calls "Progressive Gentle Horse Training". Joe continues to help horses and horse owners in the Upstate NY area, whenever possible.
