Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Graduated in Publicity Arts at the Universidad Autonoma of Santo Domingo (UASD), she has a Master in Editorial and Graphic Design by the ESDesign in Spain, Barcelona and a Diplomat in Public Relations and Corporative Communications. She is a writer, designer, storyteller, poet and painter. She is considered the CEO of the Women Poets International Movement (Mujeres Poetas Internacional MPI Inc.) and the initiator of the Woman Scream International Poetry and Arts Festival (Grito de Mujer) and its brand, a worldwide chain of events celebrated each year to honor women and against women violence. She is the author of \"De la Muerte al Fénix\" (From Death to Phoenix), a book that compiles her poetry up to 2014. She was nominated \"International Beat Poet Laureate 2018-2019\" by the National Beat Poetry Festival in Connecticut, USA. In 2017, she received in Norway the \"Freedom of Expression Award 2016\" (Ytringsfrihetsprisen) for her cultural involvement defending women and human's rights through her projects. In 2016, she won International Poetry Award Vicente Rodríguez-Nietzsche by the Porto Rico International Poetry Festival. She writes poetry and fiction since her early years and has dedicated her time to the development projects that promote female contemporary poetry and art internationally.
