Her course specialization was GeoSciences. She earned her BA in Geography and Geology, now called Earth and Environmental Sciences. While a student at McMaster, Loreen gathered most of the primary research used for this scientific report. She completed another level of academic achievement by attaining her Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2009. After graduation, Sherman continued her research project again. This time she worked on gathering secondary research on sedimentary processes and geologic subject material. Sherman's scientific library grew as she carefully compiled references. She has endeavored to provide current and relevant information to explain the depositional processes of sedimentation.
