He currently serves on the California State University President's Diversity, Equity \u0026amp; Inclusion Board and he is the director of the Center on Fiscal Policy \u0026amp; Innovation. He is a former President of the Conference of Minority Public Administrators (COMPA) and the former Chair of the Section on Public Performance and Management.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eMarc Holzer \u003c\/b\u003eis Distinguished Research Professor at Suffolk University, Boston. He is Emeritus Professor and was Founding Dean of the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University-Newark.
