by Donald L. Boone (Author)
After a large shattered meteor strikes earth, devastation follows. Volcanic eruptions and shifting tectonic plates bring death to every nation. This story is about a group of boaters who are spending a leisure summer and end up pooling their knowledge to survive in a new world. A few begin to search for lost relatives ashore. In 2082, this could become a reality.
Author Biography
The author and his wife spent a few weeks of summer in the area that this story takes place. It could become a haven for those trapped in the area should the need arrive. As a long time sailing couple, with nine years of near seclusion from the worlds problems on a daily basis, learning to survive on ones own becomes commonplace. Most others who live this lifestyle are of the same nature. Most own nothing but the boat under their feet, and need only one another.
