With over ten years of experience as an effective mentor, Dr. Tina is known for using nonconformist and innovative strategies to move mentees and audiences to execute their own blueprint and achieve their goals. She draws from her own experiences having transitioned from a CNA to an MD in 10 years. Dr. Tina graduated nursing school over a decade ago and later on she went on to pursue further education graduating with a Medical Degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2014. She completed a surgical internship and is currently completing subspecialized training in Radiology.
