Berkson has been a recognized authority in the fields of nutrition and hormones within the research arena, in clinical practice, and as a lecturer and educator of experts from many fields. She is known for connecting-the-dots of research from top scientists, making complex information understandable, and linking it to practical-to-do steps we can take in our homes, offices, as well as choices in our foods and nutrients. Berkson has trained many doctors of all professions and has authored numerous books (3 others on hormones), designed the first-ever natural non-hormonal supplement for doctors to prescribe to patients, has a master's degree in nutrition, several higher nutritional board certifications, and has been a participating scholar at a science driven think tank at Tulane and Xavier Universities, specializing in emergent research on estrogen.
