Geraldine E. Hynes, PhD, is an award-winning, internationally experienced professional communication specialist, offering consulting, coaching, and customized training services. She taught undergraduate and graduate business courses at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, and at the University of Missouri in St. Louis. She is the author or coauthor of seven books, four book chapters, and over 40 journal articles.
