Author Biography
Linda Collison has enjoyed a patchwork career as a mother, registered nurse, skydiving instructor, volunteer firefighter, CPR instructor, restauranteur, freelance writer, scriptwriter, and novelist. Collison's short fiction, creative nonfiction and articles have been published by a variety of magazines and her writing has received awards from Literary Fiction Review, Foreword Reviews, Honolulu Magazine, Southwest Writers Workshop, the former Maui Writers' Conference, and the National Student Nurses Association. In 2007 the New York Public Library chose her first novel, Star-Crossed, to be among the Books for the Teen Age.
