After each month, there is a section to track Officer's personnel goals, Company Goals, and Personnel Evaluations. Each shift is designed to be laid out to show an entire shift (2 pages) when open. This allows you to place the page on the desk or counter for your crew to see. On the left will be riding assignments and TO DO list with a Notes section. The right side will be the open space for the noted and significant events.
