He works as an emergency management specialist focusing on health, public health issues, and post disaster impacts (Federal Emergency Management Agency). Dr. Batsielilit has served as an expert international consultant in public health surveillance and a communicable disease specialist (The Peace Corps, and ICAN), a healthcare administrator, and a community health coordinator for more than ten years.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHe received his Bachelor of Science degree from the National Institute of Executives, a Master of Sciences and a Ph.D. in public health and healthcare administration from the University of Phoenix in Arizona.
