Her writing has appeared in \u003ci\u003ePoetry \u003c\/i\u003emagazine, \u003ci\u003eNarrative\u003c\/i\u003e, \u003ci\u003eGulf Coast\u003c\/i\u003e, and \u003ci\u003ePrairie Schooner\u003c\/i\u003e, among other journals. Her chapbook, \u003ci\u003eMy Name \u0026amp; Other Languages I Am Learning How to Speak\u003c\/i\u003e (Jai-Alai Books, 2020) was selected for Cave Canem's 2019 Toi Derricotte and Cornelius Eady Chapbook Prize. Davis holds an MFA from New York University and was a 2024 Ruth Lilly and Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg Fellow.
