She expects to complete her Ph.D. at the University of Antwerp, Belgium in 2012. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eJan Melissen\u003c\/b\u003e is Head of the Diplomatic Studies Programme at the Netherlands Institute of International Relations 'Clingendael' in The Hague, and Professor of Diplomacy at the University of Antwerp (Belgium).
