The LGM International Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Manual was developed for implementation on Commercial and Government Projects for Domestic and International Projects. The procedures and process are based on best international practices and follow ISO, ANSI 748, GAAP, and IFRS systems to allow a project that does not have a system to implement a process that will be able to meet Internatl and External Auditing Practices.

Author Biography

Dr. Regan has over 30 years experience in Project Management and Project Controls. Author is a Certified Cost Engineer, Certified Estimating Professional, and Quantity Surveyor. Author is a member Royal Institute of Charter Surveyors (RICS) and Association Advancement Cost Engineering International (AACEI). Having working in US and Internationally for more then 28 years he has implemented EVM and Project Management on 5 Continents and over $16 billion of EPCM work in Government and Commercial projects. The EVM system as developed is based on years of working in multiple companies and systems and has been done in multiple languages and skill sets. Dr. Regan has worked for years for the Education Board of AACE advancing the skills and knowledge of Cost Engineering as well as establishing training programs in internal auditing and external audits such as DCAA, DCMA and ISO.
