This is often called mediating upon the Word or letting it soak in the mind and heart.\u003cbr\u003eThird, he should \u003cem\u003edissect\u003c\/em\u003e the Word. He should take the Word apart. What do the words mean in their context.\u003cbr\u003eFourth, he should \u003cem\u003edeclare\u003c\/em\u003e the Word. He should be clear.
