More than 200 of his poems have been published in journals and magazines such as America, African American Review, Spoon River Poetry Review, Saint Katherine Review, Michigan Quarterly Review, Spiritus, Christian Century, South Carolina Review, etc. He has also published a widely-used business writing textbook, Successful Writing at Work, now in its 10th edition with Cengage\/Wadsworth.
