Ziggy has been designing and facilitating workshops and training programs on stress and other subjects for over twenty years. Her expertise is recognised across Australia and she is frequently asked to design and implement professional development in the fields of: * De-stressing the workplace * Coaching to increase the value of skills development * Using body language to gain better results with other people * Improving communication techniques With a plethora of qualifications including a Doctorate in which she developed a new theory of learning, a Masters Degree in Professional Education and Training, a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, a Diploma in Training & Assessment Systems, and a Diploma in Frontline Management, she's also been a Director on the national, governing board of Australia's premier professional development group, the Australian Institute of Training and Development and in the year 2000 she won the coveted WA Information Technology Micro Business of the Year. Ziggy balances her busy and successful career by teaching students in her much loved religion, continuing to adore her four wonderful, grown up children and writing.
