Erskine S. Dottin is Professor of Educational Foundations and Policy Studies at Florida International University. Dottin holds a Ph.D. in Education (Leadership) from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. He is the author of Bringing Out the Best in Human Effectiveness and Development of a Conceptual Framework both from the University Press of America.
