Author Biography
Musawenkosi J Makhunga is the Founding Managing Director of HR Matters (Pty) Ltd, a strategic human resources leadership firm, with over twenty five years work experience in Corporate SA Inc. where he practiced as a Human Resources Professional in sectors including: education, manufacturing, mining, banking, retail and development finance. He shares a deep passion for human potential development, which he considers as the most critical in human advancement. He is a teacher by training whilst he practiced as a human resource professional for a number of years before taking up his current position in 2006. Musawenkosi is a social entrepreneur who has co founded or was part of establishing mentorship and education initiatives in South Africa aimed at empowering others.
