Details of the bitter experiences of Sierra Leonean and Liberian refugees on Sierra Leone soil are explored after the war crossed the border into Sierra Leone.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eAuthor Biography\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eBobby David Gboyor was born in 1962, at Bambawo village, Nongowa Chiefdom, Kenema District, Sierra Leone. He is a graduate of Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, and London South Bank University Department of Law in the United Kingdom. In 2007, Bobby completed an LL.M program in International Law at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. Mr. Gboyor received the designation of a Certified Public Manager (CPM), in September 2017, from the Center for Excellence in Public Leadership at George Washington University, and the Government of the District of Columbia, Washington D.C. Since February 2001, Mr. Gboyor has worked for the Office of the Attorney General; District of Columbia Government, Washington D.C.
