Author Biography
Here's me in a nutshell - I believe in investing in knowledge, applying what I've learned, and teaching others to do the same. My passion is to help people pursue and live out their God-given dreams with confidence. I make it my business to help people monetize their time, talents, and treasures for the glory of God. I love God and I love people. I believe in you and know our paths didn't cross by accident. I hope our time together is win-win for everyone. The Details... Chantale Williams was born in Montreal, Canada, to Haitian entrepreneurs who moved to the United States when she was about two years old. She grew up in Connecticut; there her parents kept close ties with the local Haitian community, which helped Chantale retain her native tongue. At the age of sixteen, she and her family moved to Belize, where she graduated high school and learned basic Spanish. Chantale's fondest memories of those years include working at the Broadcasting Corporation of Belize selling radio commercial spots. Her employers soon discovered the marketability of her voice and asked her to voice commercial spots for their top clients, fill in as a disc jockey, deliver the daily news, and sing at government functions. Chantale later returned to the United States and joined the Army as a finance specialist. Her first duty assignment was Fort Lewis, Washington (now Joint Base Lewis-McChord), where she met her husband, Elton, also in the Army. They were later reassigned to Ansbach, Germany; there Chantale ended her military career upon tour completion. Elton and Chantale were then assigned to Fort Hood, Texas, where their two children, Vivianna and Elton Jr., were born. While at Fort Hood, Chantale pursued entrepreneurial endeavors and further education; she graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science in technical management with a concentration in accounting and holds a master of business administration. She is currently employed as an auditor. Chantale is also a singer-songwriter with an entrepreneurial spirit. In addition to writing, she enjoys traveling and has volunteered at local churches for many years, serving in the choir, children's ministry, women's ministry, business ministry, and other positions of leadership. Recently Elton and Chantale were reassigned to Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington-where their journey began. God is truly up to something big in their lives, and they continue to enjoy this adventure of faith.
